Job Kalisvaart is a talented player from the AZ Alkmaar youth academy. Job has good passing skills, is strong on the ball and in duels, and is also known for his running ability. The midfielder started his soccer career in the youth of Reiger Boys, after which he transferred to the AZ youth academy when he was eleven years old. The talent then went through all the youth teams of the Alkmaar team. Last season Job, with AZ Under-19, was the first Dutch club ever to win the UEFA Youth League. He and his team won 5-0 against Hajduk Split in the final in Geneva, after previously winning against Sporting Lisbon, Eintracht Frankfurt, FC Barcelona and Real Madrid, among others.
