Ilse is a talented player of PEC Zwolle Women. She entered PEC Zwolle's youth training program at age 12. Through the Under-14, Under-16 and young PEC Zwolle, she made her debut in professional soccer in the 2022-23 season. This season Ilse has broken through at the Zwolle side and is a regular in the starting lineup of the Azerion Women's Eredivisie club.
