Eser Elmali is the current goalkeeper coach of PSV Eindhoven Women. The former professional made his choice in the summer of 2017 to quit professional soccer and focus on his coaching career and goalkeeping school. He started as goalkeeper coach of the first team of PEC Zwolle women and then, since the 2018 - 2019 season, also trained the goalkeepers of the pledges. In addition to his current work at PEC Zwolle, Eser has also founded his own goalkeeping school. The Dutch Goalkeepers Academy has grown into one of the largest goalkeeper schools in the Netherlands in just a few years. As a goalkeeper, Eser went through the youth training of PEC Zwolle and played several youth internationals for Turkey. In 2014, Eser made the switch to FC Emmen. He made his debut in professional soccer in the 2016 cup match against SVV Scheveningen. In 2017, Eser decided to focus on his coaching and social career.
